Contract Field and Service Field for Enter a Work Order Window and Edit a Work Order Window

On the Equipment tab of the Enter a Work Order window and Edit a Work Order window, you can now add service and contract codes using the Contract field and Service field. This enables you to produce Contract Profitability reports by assigning contracts to individual work orders.

In the Contract field, you can select an existing contract to specific equipment for a work order.

In Service field, you can select a service from Assigned Services to specify equipment for a work order. These services can contain instructions, recommended items for the service, or both. For services not already assigned to equipment, you can select the Include Master Services checkbox to add the service to the work order.

For both fields, you can specify different services and contracts to the same equipment for different combinations. When you print a work order, the list of services and contracts you specified is also included.
