W-2 Retirement Checkbox for Employee Maintenance

On the Payroll tab of the Employee Name window (Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Employee Maintenance), you now use the Box 13 Retirement Eligible/Participant checkbox to indicate that your employee is an active participant of your company's retirement plan.

If you select the Box 13 Retirement Eligible/Participant checkbox, the employee, depending on their filing status and modified adjusted gross income, may not be entitled to a full deduction for their traditional individual retirements account (IRA) contributions.
