Setting for Viewing and Signing ComputerEase Field Time Entries Only

On the Role window (Configure > Field Management > Role Maintenance), you can now restrict ComputerEase Field users by using the View and Sign Only checkbox. When this checkbox is selected, the user cannot add or edit time entries, but can only view and sign time entries when logged into ComputerEase Field.
