Employee Gender and Race Options

As part of legal compliance, you can now select X-gender, specify your tax reporting gender, and opt not to report your race in your employee information.

On the Employee Name window (Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Employee Maintenance), you can select Not Reported in the Race field and select X in the gender field. Where applicable, you can also select a gender option in the Tax Reporting Gender field.

When selected, these options are reflected on the following:

• Employee Import Layout - Company Name window
• Employee Master Report
• New Hire Report
• Certified Payroll Report
• EOCC reports
