Arkansas Withholding Tax Tables and Rates ComputerEase now uses the updated withholding tax tables and rates of Arkansas, which are now in effect. Employee Gender and Race Options As part of legal compliance, you can now select X-gender, specify your tax reporting gender, and opt not to report your race in your employee information. ExpenseEase Payee Name and Email Address Update When the ExpenseEase payee name and email address is updated by the ExpenseEase user, the updates are now reflected in Work on Payees (Accounts Payable > Expense Management). Journal Entry Job and Equipment Information For journal entries, you can now specify job and equipment information. Menu Relocation of EEOC Maintenance Items EEOC District Maintenance and EEOC Skill Level Maintenance are now located in Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > EEOC Maintenance. Removal of Infintech and SageQuest Features All features related to Infintech and SageQuest are now removed from ComputerEase. Retention Fields for Invoices On the New Invoice window or Invoice Name window (Accounts Payable > Enter a new Invoice or Edit an Invoice), you can now use the Retention field to display the net due in the Amount less Retention field. Revised Oregon State Unemployment Report The Oregon State Unemployment Report (Payroll System > Reports > Tax Reporting > State Unemployment Report > Print Report or Create Magnetic Media) now includes more employee information. Vendor Phone Number in Aging Report You can now view the vendor phone number in the Aging Report.
