New Adopted Child Dependent Exemption for Indiana

Effective October 1, 2022, qualified employees are now entitled to a new adopted child dependent exemption.

To apply this exemption, click Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Employee Maintenance and enter an employee number. On the Taxes tab of the Employee window, enter the exemption amount in the Annual Wage Adj field on the Withholding section.
