Washington Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance

For the Washington LST insurance plan effective July 1, 2023, you can now use and report Washington LST insurance plan information in ComputerEase.

For outputs with a scope of July 2023 and later, the Washington LST insurance plan is used in the following:

• On the Main tab of the 2023 WA Tax Settings window (Payroll System > Reports > Tax Reporting > Work on W-2s > Create Magnetic Media File > State Info), the Total LTC Rate field is now displayed.
• On the employee ledger card report output (Payroll System > Reports > Ledger Cards > By Employee), LTC is now included in the calculation.
• On the WA Family Leave Report output (Payroll System > Reports > Tax Reporting > State Paid Family Leave Reports > WA Family Leave Report), LTC information is now included.
