This section includes new features in this release.

ComputerEase Notifications

When logging in as PW MAINT, you can now enable or disable ComputerEase notifications on the User Settings window by selecting the Display ComputerEase Notifications checkbox. For a user and company, you can disable the following notifications in ComputerEase:
  • Billing Notice
    Note: At least one user is required to have Billing Notice enabled.
  • Upcoming Events
  • Learning Invitations
  • Marketing Communications

All users are required to received the Release Available and System Maintenance notifications. When displayed, each notification has its own color and banner that you can also close individually.

UI Enhancements

ComputerEase now uses the Deltek branding Deltek chevron for its logos, thumbnails, desktop shortcuts, and so on. The following areas are now updated with new task bar images and screen color themes:
  • Main menu
  • QTool
  • Centers
  • General task bars
  • System administration
  • Payroll
  • Expense
  • Purchase orders
  • Service management
  • Document management
  • CRM

Also, you can now enable a Dark Mode Theme in ComputerEase to view light-colored text on a dark background. You can use the Dark Mode Theme for a reduced glare and blue light exposure in ComputerEase.
