Colorado Family and Medical Insurance (FAMLI) Report

On the CO Family and Medical Leave Insurance Report window (Payroll System > State Paid Family Leave Report > CO Family Leave Report), you can now select Export in the Send Report To field and enable Amended Return and Final Return information.

Generating a report with these options provides a CSV file following the wage report file format of the state.

Note: This report is applicable for 2023 onwards only.
