Colorado Family and Medical Insurance (FAMLI) Report On the CO Family and Medical Leave Insurance Report window (Payroll System > State Paid Family Leave Report > CO Family Leave Report), you can now select Export in the Send Report To field and enable Amended Return and Final Return information. Form 1099 Preparation by Year You can now prepare a form 1099 without a year restriction. This enables you to estimate the number of form 1099s to be generated. Also, when you try to print a form 1099 without preparation, a reminder message now displays. Payroll Register Warning Messaging When you click OK on the Payroll Register window (Payroll System > Print Payroll Register), a dialog box now displays warning messages with instructions to view details in the payroll register output. Third-Party Pay Autofill for Taxable Amounts and Warning Messages for Withholdings When you enter an amount in the Gross Pay field on the Payment Entry window (Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Work on Third Party Pay > Enter/Edit Third Party Pay), a dialog box now displays. Third-Party Pay Calculation for Social Security and Medicare Withholding Tax As a payroll service customer, when you enter an amount in the Gross Pay field on the Payment Entry window (Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Work on Third Party Pay > Enter/Edit Third Party Pay), the amounts in the Withholding fields under the Social Security column and Medicare column are now automatically calculated.
