Third-Party Pay Autofill for Taxable Amounts and Warning Messages for Withholdings

When you enter an amount in the Gross Pay field on the Payment Entry window (Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Work on Third Party Pay > Enter/Edit Third Party Pay), a dialog box now displays.

This gives you the option to autofill the Taxable Amount fields for the following:

• Federal
• Social Security
• Medicare
• FUTA
• State
• SUTA

Also, when you click OK on the Payment Entry window for Taxable Amounts without entering Social Security or Medicare withholding amounts, a warning message dialog box now displays. The warning message dialog box gives you the option to proceed or modify your third-party payment before proceeding.
