Colorado Family and Medical Insurance (FAMLI) Program and Paid Leave Oregon Program

You can now process and report information related to the Colorado Family and Medical Insurance (FAMLI) program and Paid Leave Oregon program. The Paid Leave Oregon program is also known as the Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (PFMLI) program.

On the Main tab of the Year State Tax Settings window for Colorado or Oregon (Payroll System > Maintenance Programs > Tax Rate Maintenance > State Tax Table Maintenance), you can now enable FAMLI and PFMLI, respectively.

When FAMLI or PFMLI is enabled, you can add CO FAMLI for Colorado or OR PFMLI for Oregon in the Year Paid Leave section on the Advanced tab of the Employee Name window (Payroll System > Maintenance > Employee Maintenance).

Where applicable, CO FAMLI and OR PMFLI information is also reflected in the following outputs:

• CO Family Leave Report or OR Family Leave Report
• Payroll Register report
• Payroll Tax Summary export and Reconciliation Summary export
• State Taxes Withheld report for a range option
