Enhancements

This section includes enhancements in this release.

Equipment Charge for Expenses

In the Type field on the Create Expense screen or Edit Expense screen, you can now select Equipment as an expense type. When you select Equipment in the Type field, the following required fields now display:

• Equipment
• Equipment Code

Note: You can also select Fuel and Miscellaneous in the Type field, but the Equipment and Equipment Code fields are optional.

The information you enter in these fields are then recorded in Expense Management of ComputerEase.

Note: ComputerEase version 23.2 or later is required.

Expanded Search Capabilities for Expense

When you perform a search on the Expense screen, you can now search for details found on the Expense Details screen of an expense including the added equipment and descriptions.

Automatic Default Selection of Phase and Category by Expense Type

When configured for an expense type in ComputerEase, options in the Phase field and Category field are now automatically selected by default after completing the Job field for a time entry or expense.

Access to Recently Used List for Time Entry or Expense

When your access is removed from ComputerEase, the relevant item you searched for previously is now removed from the recently used list in the following fields for a time entry or an expense:

• Job
• Phase
• Category
• Equipment
• Equipment Code

Table Control on Signature Certification Screen

On the Signature Certification screen, you can now scroll from left to right and vice versa with the first column of the relevant table staying in place for the following tabs:

• Day
• Job
• Employee
