This section includes enhancements in this release.

Phase Field and Category Field Message Displays When No Data is Available

After selecting a job in the Job field, a message prompt now displays for the following conditions:

• When the Phase field is required, but a phase code is unavailable
• When the Phase field is required with an available code and the Category field is required, but a category code is unavailable
• When the Category field is required, but a category code is unavailable

ComputerEase Time Center Approver Information for Users that Signed the Automatically Approved ComputerEase Field Time Entries

On the Time Center window (Payroll System > Time Center) of ComputerEase, the user that signed the ComputerEase Field time entries that are automatically approved are now specified as the approver in the Approver column.

ComputerEase Field time entries that are automatically approved are time entries that have no jobs charged or the jobs charged do not have an approval team assigned.

Signatures with All Entries Edited to be Resigned are Now Removed from View in ComputerEase Field

Signatures for edited time entries that require a new signature will now no longer show to the user. This applies to time entries that were:

• Rejected and edited
• Edited by the user after signing
