Overpayment Drop-Down List when Balance Is Owed on 941

On the Year 941 Form window (Payroll System > Reports > Tax Reporting > 941 Reports > Print 941 Form), you can now use the Action if balance results in overpayment drop-down list to apply the overpayment in the next return or apply as a refund when balance is owed on 941.

The option you select is reflected in the printed form 941. This update is applicable for your 2022 fourth quarter 941 filings and later.
