Indiana Form W-2 Requirements for Reporting State and County Taxes Withheld

Form W-2 copies in ComputerEase are now updated based on the November 2022 requirements of the Indiana Department of Revenue.

This update affects the following options for Print W-2s:

• Print Employee Copies
• Print Federal Copies
• Print State Copies
• Print Local Copies

To access these options, click Payroll System > Reports > Tax Reporting > Work on W-2s > Print W-2s.
