Group Report Rows
Use the Report Settings dialog box to select a field to group report rows by.
To group rows on a report, complete the following steps:
- In the workspace in which the report is located, click to go to the Reporting area.

If the report that displays by default is not the report you want, do either of the following:
- To display a standard report, click the currently displayed standard report name above the upper-left corner of the report and select the standard report you want.
- To display a saved report, use the Find saved report field at the top of the Reporting area to select the report.
- Click above the upper-right corner of the report.

In
GROUP BY, select the field by which you want to group rows. For example, you might group the resources on the Resources report by supervisor or by organization.
Type one or more characters from the field name to select from a list of fields that contain those characters. Click to select from the full list of available grouping fields.
- Click Apply.
