Set the Job-to-Date Date

To specify the cutoff date for calculating job-to-date (JTD) hours and amounts, go to the Planning tab in the General area of the Configuration workspace.

Under normal circumstances, you do not need to set the JTD date. Initially, it defaults to the current date. From that point on, when you use the API or the Historical Hours import process to load actual hours that employees have charged to projects, Deltek Resource Planning automatically sets the JTD date to the date of the latest historical labor record in the database. If you need to set the date yourself temporarily, you can do that, but the next time that you load historical hours, your entry will be replaced with the latest labor record date.

To set the JTD date, complete the following steps:
  1. In the Configuration workspace, click to go to the General area.
  2. Click the Planning tab.
  3. In Job-to-Date (JTD) Through, click and select the date.
