You should follow these steps to set up your SaaS Customer Administrator account in User Manager.
Even if you are planning to use SSO, you should set up your SaaS Customer Administrator account in User Manager so that you have an alternative way to authenticate into your cloud solution in the event that your company's SSO experiences a disruption in service.
As the SaaS customer administrator, you can create, modify, and disable user accounts using User Manager.
After you have received your Welcome Email, you are ready to begin. Be sure to follow the steps outlined below to ensure that your solution is set up correctly.
