Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Install Citrix Plug-in

A Citrix connection is required to access various parts of your solution, including the Development Tools and Framework Manager.

To install the Citrix plug-in:

  1. Go to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/.
  2. Download and follow the online instructions to install Citrix.
  3. After you have successfully installed the Citrix Receiver navigate to https://cp-ctx01.pss.mydeltekgcc.com/ and log in using your company credentials.
  4. Click Log On.
    You will be redirected to the Citrix Storefront and will see the applications to which you have been granted permission.
