Reinstate a Previously Disabled User Account
To reinstate a previously disabled account:

Log on to User Manager using one of the following links:
- Enterprise customers: Click Manage User Accounts.
- US-only Enterprise customers: Click Manage User Accounts.
- Click Modify Single User.
- On the Modify Single User screen, scroll to select the user, and click Modify User.
- On the Modify User Properties screen, click the Accounts tab.
- In the Account Properties section, clear the Disable Account check box.
- Click Update User
