As the SaaS customer administrator, you will receive your
Username and temporary
Password via the Welcome Email and via a separate Password Email.
To activate your user account:

Click the following link:

On the Sign in screen (left side of the screen), enter the initial username and password that was provided in your Welcome Email and Password Email.

Click
Login and follow the steps on the screen to activate your account.

When you get to the following screen in the activation process, you are NOT finished. You must click the
