Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

How to Load a File into an Alternate File Location

Sample steps to load a file into an Alternate File Location.

To load a file:

  1. Log into Costpoint.
  2. Navigate to any function.

    The File Upload option is grayed out if you are in the main menu.

  3. Click Process > File Upload.

  4. On the File Upload Manager dialog box, use the Browse button to locate the file you want to upload.
  5. Select the appropriate Alternate File Location, and click Upload.
