The chart below identifies the development tools available in the Development Environment.
These development tools are not available in the Production or Implementation/Test Environments. These development tools are accessed via Citrix.

Restart Dev App Server | Yes (on request) | Restart of the app server to enable newly created web services is available upon request.
If you are an Enterprise client, the restart must be performed by Deltek Cloud Operations (DCO) on your behalf. To request a restart, log a new case with Customer Care. After receiving your case, the Customer Care Analyst will contact DCO to have the request completed If you are a non-Enterprise client, you should submit the Web Services Development Environment SR (service request), and in the notes section, state that you requesting the functionality to perform restarts. |
