Activate Your SaaS Customer Administrator Account
As the SaaS Customer Administrator, you will receive your Username and temporary Password via the Welcome Email and a separate Password Email.
To activate your user account:

Take one of the following actions:Enterprise customers should click the following link:
Forgot your Password?.
- Enterprise Customers: Click Unlock Account or Reset Password >>.
- US-only Enterprise Customers: Click Unlock Account or Reset Password >>.
- On the Sign in screen (left side of the screen), enter the initial username and password that was provided in your Welcome Email and Password Email.
- Click Login and follow the steps on the screen to activate your account.
Note: When you get to the below screen in the activation process, you are NOT finished. You must click the
