Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Activate Your SaaS Customer Administrator Account

As the SaaS Customer Administrator, you will receive your Username and temporary Password via the Welcome Email and a separate Password Email.

To activate your user account:

  1. Take one of the following actions:Enterprise customers should click the following link: Forgot your Password?.
  2. On the Sign in screen (left side of the screen), enter the initial username and password that was provided in your Welcome Email and Password Email.
  3. Click Login and follow the steps on the screen to activate your account.
Note: When you get to the below screen in the activation process, you are NOT finished. You must click the Click here to continue link to complete the activation process.
