Authentication in the GCC Moderate
Companies are required to utilize their own identify provider (IdP) in the GCCM. Some common identity providers are Ping, Okta, ADFS, and MS Azure AD.
Some areas of the solution require the use of credentials that are provided by the Deltek Cloud Operations team. These accounts are set up and maintained in the GCCM's cloud active directory, referred to as Active Directory (AD) Manager. Please see the Getting Started section for more information on these accounts.
The SaaS Customer Administrator will also need to access the Deltek Support Center to be able to submit service requests. Please see the steps in the Getting Started section of this guide to learn how to set up your support account.
Note: Your Web Services Authorization also requires enabling a SAML Token or Java Web Token (JWT). For more details on how to set those up, please refer to the Costpoint Security Guide located in the Guides section of the Costpoint Cloud Information Center.
