Utilities

Utilities are available that help manage timesheet records such as changing charge codes to multiple timesheets, updating selected timesheets, deleting unwanted timesheets, and so on.

    The Mass Correct Timesheets utility enables administrators or supervisors to make changes to charge codes on multiple timesheets.
  • Generate Timesheets
    Use the Generate Timesheets screen to generate timesheets for employees.

    Use this screen to update the status of selected timesheets.
  • Clear Timesheets
    Use this utility to delete unwanted timesheets from the database. Selected rows are deleted from the following tables: Timesheet, Timesheet Line, Timesheet Cell, Timesheet Day, Timesheet Revision, Timesheet Invoice, Timesheet Audit, Timesheet Start/Stop Times, Employee Leave, and Desktop Tasks.
  • Timesheet Transfer
    Use this utility to transfer exported timesheet records to a selected table.
  • Rebuild Leave
    You can use the Rebuild Leave utility to reset or rebuild the taken leave for employees. First the taken leave is deleted, then it is rebuilt using existing timesheet records. This utility does not affect beginning balances, accruals, or any adjustments that have been entered for the selected employees.
