Use the Timesheet Rights tab to specify rights in the Time module for the selected functional role.
This tab displays only if you are licensed for Deltek Time.
Timesheet

User-Defined Rates

The label for the Rate 1 field will reflect what you set up in the
Miscellaneous tab in the
Time Configuration screen.
