As an administrator, you have control over the setup, management, configuration, upgrade (for FRS deployments), and customization of ConceptShare components. - People Manager
As a people manager, you add users to your organization's ConceptShare account. You also create Teams as well as add Resources to these Teams. Your other tasks include removing, activating, and deactivating users. - Coordinator
As a coordinator, you request and track Assets and Reviews within a ConceptShare Project. - Creative
As a creative, you participate in a Review by applying the requested changes and updates to Assets. Depending on the type of creative work that you are assigned to, some of your tasks may include suggesting options for the requested changes, and ensuring that the correct Asset versions are uploaded. - Reviewer
As a Reviewer, you participate in a Review by adding your comments or submitting your response to Reviews. - Guest Reviewer
As a guest reviewer, you may be invited to give feedback on Assets in a Review within a specific date. - IT Administrator/Integrator
As an IT administrator, you have control over setup, management, configuration, upgrade (for FRS deployments), and customization of ConceptShare components.
