Update the Review Status

In Jira, you can set the status of a review to Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.

Note: Perform this task in Jira.

To update the review status:

1. Log into your Jira account.
2. Navigate to the Project > Issue > ConceptShare Review Task or Subtask associated with the review that you want to update.
3. In the ConceptShare Review Task or Subtask card, navigate to the review card, click Change Status and select an option.
   Note:

   • Once you set a review to Completed, you will not be able to change it back to any other status.
   • Not Started reviews do not send email notifications.
