Feedback Summary
A feedback summary provides a capture of the feedback that occurred on an asset. Depending on your permissions, you can customize the details included in the report.
- Communicate change requests to the team responsible for making those changes.
- Capture a PDF of all the feedback in the review and approval cycle to store with the final approved asset.
You can generate feedback summaries at many organizational levels of ConceptShare and include information that is relevant to the specified levels and options you selected. For example, a project-level feedback summary captures the feedback for all reviews and assets contained in a project, whereas an asset-level feedback summary captures the feedback and information specific to that asset.

Sort feedback items by | This option enables you to sort feedback by:
All of these criteria are "and" criteria, and each selection will reduce the number of feedback items included in your summary. For example, if you select Unread AND Reference Links and you then read a feedback item with reference links before generating the summary, that comment will not be included because it is no longer unread. |
|

I don't need a copy | Select this option if you do not need a copy of the summary. | |
