Uploading Assets
Assets are images, documents, web captures, HTML5 banner ads, audio, or video files that you upload to ConceptShare. You can upload Assets through the Assets tab or directly to the Review that you are creating.
File Size Limit
You can upload files of up to 2GB in size. This limit applies to individual files, not your account's total storage.

Common Issues When Uploading Files
- If you log out of ConceptShare
- If you exit the browser
- If you turn off your machine
- If you upload an unsupported file
- If you upload files whose size exceeds the limit
- If your Wi-Fi connection is interrupted or disconnected
- If your machine goes into sleep mode
- If your machine goes into hibernate mode
- If your machine goes into Windows lock mode
Browser Extensions / Plug-ins May Cause Upload Issues
Some browser extensions and plug-ins may cause file upload issues. You can switch to a different browser to see if you are able to upload files without issue.
If the issue persists, you can try disabling extensions to isolate which one is causing the problem.
