On-Premises Installer Notes

• Download the installer file from the Deltek Software Manager (DSM). For instructions, see Download a ConceptShare Installer File.
• For customers using installers version 6.32 or later, you need to manually add the following app setting to the web.config file of your ConceptShare website to avoid errors or blank CS:

New Feature

• Project Archival
  You can now archive/unarchive Projects. Archiving a Project hides it and its contents from users so that no further changes can be made.

  • New Account Role permissions allow access to be granted for Archiving/Unarchiving one's own Projects, or any Project. By default, these permissions are granted to Account Administrators.
  • The option to Archive or Unarchive a Project has been added to the Projects dashboard.

    The option to Archive a Project is also available via the Actions button of the Project Info tab.

  • When selected, a confirmation will be requested and a notification that the Project has been archived/unarchived displays.
  • Archiving a Project hides the Project and all of its contents from view in ConceptShare. These areas include Activity Feeds, Smart Folders, Projects dashboard, and Global Search.
  • To view archived Projects on the Projects dashboard, a new filter option has been added to display/hide archived Projects; by default, it is set to hide them.
  • If the filter is set to display Archived items, they will appear in gray text and have this icon displayed under the new Archived Projects column on the Projects dashboard.
  • If a Project is unarchived, it returns to being displayed in black text and is no longer hidden in all areas of ConceptShare.
  • Any URL links previously saved, or sent in notifications will not function for archived Projects and will instead redirect users to their default landing page.
  • API: New API endpoints, ArchiveProject and UnarchiveProject, which allow integrators to archive or unarchive Projects via SOAP, are introduced. The Project object has been modified to identify archived Projects via the GetProjectList query.
  • Navigation: Unarchiving a Project will restore functionality for associated URLs.
  • API: Unarchiving a Project will restore API access to the Project and its contents.

Bugs

• Projects: You could not clear the Select All checkbox if you filtered data on the page.
• Proofing Workspace: Annotating some text and image-based PDF files using the Copy Review tool returned an error.
• Proofing Workspace: The Copy Review Tool interacted with watermark text.
