Administration: Upgraded to AngularJS 1.8.2 to address security issues.

Bugs

Notifications: Email template edits did not update delivered messages
Proofing Workspace: Annotating certain types of PDF files using the Copy Review tool returned an error
Proofing Workspace: Unread Feedback filter not reducing comments properly
Reviews: Duplicate participants could be added in a Review
Settings: The Add User form allowed blank First Name and Last Name fields
Settings: User Preferences would redirect to Global Activity Feed

Integrations: Updated the Jira Add-On in response to security improvements to Atlassian's Connect framework. Atlassian is moving to enforce the use of asymmetric JSON web tokens (JWTs) for all apps by October 29, 2021.
