Features
  • API: SOAP: Ability for integrators to add a review to a review chain has been added.
  • API: SOAP: Ability for integrators to delete a review in a chain has been added.
  • API: SOAP: Ability for integrators to get review information to display in their system has been added.
  • JIRA: Reviews: A new panel has been added so you can view information about review chains and perform appropriate actions.
  • Review Grid: The Review Chain column has been added to the Review Screen grid. It is a sortable column that indicates if a review is part of a chain. Reviews that belong to the same chain will share the same arrow color.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: In the Review Builder, click Review Chain to get an overview of the reviews in the chain. Information for each review such as review name, status, start rule, and participants is displayed in review cards. Clicking on a review card opens it in the Review Builder for editing.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: Click Review Chain (in the Review Builder) to open the review chain palette, which has the button for closing the palette view.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: In review chains, the option to add participant(s) from the preceding review to the current review has been added.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: In review chains, the option to add asset(s) from the preceding review to the current review has been added.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: In the Review Builder, you can now link two or more reviews by clicking Add to Chain .
  • Reviews: Review Builder: The option to delete a review if it is the last review in a chain has been added. This option does not work if it is the only review.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: The Review Dialog has been renamed to Review Builder and its layout updated for a more organized and streamlined experience.
  • Reviews: Review Grid: The option to delete the last review in a chain has been added.
  • Reviews: Review Grid: The Review Chain Sidebar has been added so you can get an overview of all the reviews in a chain.
  • Reviews: Review Grid: The Review Info Screen has been replaced by the Review Info Sidebar, which provides all the information that the old screen did in a more intuitive layout.
Enhancements
  • Assets: Review Builder upload processing time has been improved.
  • Authentication: Side-by-side integrations - Launching the Review Builder no longer requires re-authentication.
  • Notifications: Review participants are sent a notification email whenever a review is started (changed from In Progress to Not Started).
  • Reviews: Review Builder: Review Status has been removed. Instead, we now allow users to set a "Start Rule" for the review.
  • Proofing Workspace: The option to start a review directly from the Proofing Workspace has been added. This option is also available via the Review Info panel > More options.
  • Reviews: Review Builder: In the Review Builder, available actions for completed reviews have been limited to the review chain navigation buttons: Review Chain, , , and Add to Chain .
  • Reviews: Review Builder: In the Review Builder, when you upload a file and try closing the window without saving the changes first, the system will prompt you to save or cancel your changes.
  • Reviews: Existing reviews in the Not Started state will show as In Progress after migration. If any of your processes rely on the review state, you will be notified so you can adapt appropriately.
  • Reviews: Notifications: Reviews in a Not Started state do not prompt the system to send out emails to participants.
  • Reviews: The option to preview a Not Started review has been added. Re-sending of invites and global approval or rejection of reviews are disabled.
  • Reviews: The option to add comments to assets or submit responses for Not Started reviews has been removed.
  • Reviews: In the Review Grid / Reviews Screen, the action response status is now displayed for each participant.
  • Reviews: Not Started reviews are not visible to those without review edit permissions.
  • Reviews: The option to manually start a review at a later time has been added. Previously, a review was started immediately upon creation.
  • Reviews: A warning prompt now displays when setting a review from In Progress to Not Started for reviews whose start rule is set to Immediate.
Bugs
  • Administration: Incorrect text displayed in security settings.
  • Assets: Updates to document conversion tools
  • Assets: Warning dialog for large assets was pointing to an invalid URL.
  • Notifications: Email Digests saving to a date instead of daily.
  • Proofing Workspace: @mention in a review allowed non-viable resources to be displayed instead of only review participants who can be @mentioned.
