How Do I Submit an Enhancement Request?

You can submit an enhancement request through the Deltek Support Center.

Before you can submit a request through the portal, you must already have your Deltek credentials.

To submit an enhancement request:

1. Log into https://deltek.custhelp.com/app/Ideas.
2. In the Select a product field, select ConceptShare, and select a specific subcategory.
3. In the Detail field, indicate the following details:
   • The item that you want to be improved
   • Your role
   • The value of the suggested improvement to you
   Note: Click the question mark to view detailed instructions.
4. Click Choose File, and browse the file from your machine.
5. Click Continue.
