Branding

Branding your ConceptShare account helps to visually associate it with your organization. This helps reinforce your brand for employees, external clients, and agencies.

You can customize your ConceptShare account to align with your organization's branding guidelines by setting the account name, login screen logo, application header, email banner, and favicon.

You must be an Account Administrator. If you are using a custom Account role, it must have the following permission(s) set to Yes:

Element	Description
Account Name	The account name displays in various places within and outside ConceptShare, such as: Browser page titles Email notifications (the "from" name or the email sender name, email subject) Feedback Summary cover pages
Large Logo	The large logo is an image that displays on the login screen. It also displays in the Feedback Summary cover page. We recommend using a PNG file with a transparency of 600 x 600 pixels. ConceptShare automatically resizes the image to 50% of its true size to improve readability on mobile devices, specifically, retina displays.
Application Header	The application header is a text or graphic element that displays at the top of the Navigation panel. You can upload a custom image, or specify a text. You can also use the default ConceptShare header. If you are uploading a custom image, we recommend that you use PNG files with transparent background for optimal results. The maximum size of the logo is 250 pixels (width) by 60 pixels (height). If the image is over 250 pixels, it will be resized to fit and centered in the header area.
Email Banner	The email banner is a graphic element that displays in email notifications. You can upload a custom image (logo) and specify its background color, or use the default ConceptShare banner. The maximum height of the logo is 30 pixels. If the image is over 30 pixels, it will be resized to fit. For optimal results, we recommend that you use PNG files with transparent background. You can change the banner color by specifying a hex color value, or use the default color (black). Users who receive email notifications can click the email footer logo to visit the ConceptShare marketing website.
Favicon	The favicon is an icon that displays on the browser or screen tab. You can upload an image with a maximum size of 2 MB. The maximum size of the icon is 16 x 16 pixels. If the image over 16 pixels, it will be resized to fit. For optimal results, we recommend that you use PNG files with transparent background.
