Managing Projects
If you are a coordinator, Project manager, or administrator, you can create and manage Projects within your ConceptShare account, as well as add and manage resources and teams within these Projects.
Your tasks in a Project vary depending on your role. This section provides you with links to tasks your role typically performs as well as links to related information.
Note: This list is neither exhaustive nor restrictive and only includes some of the most common tasks you might perform according to your role.

From the Projects dashboard, you can create Projects to group and organize your Assets and Reviews. - Start and Due Dates
Start and due dates establish a clear schedule with all the participants in your projects. - Project Resources
Project resources refer to users who have been added to ConceptShare to participate in projects. You can view project resources via the Resources tab. - Teams
Teams form important organization groups in ConceptShare. Create Teams for shared work, organizational structure, or shared communications. - Custom Forms
Custom Forms enable you to gather data that is important to your organization as you create or edit work items. Data can be gathered from Date fields, Text fields, or lists. If you are an administrator, you can create custom forms for projects, assets, deliverables, reviews, and to-dos. Your access to these settings is dependent on your version of ConceptShare. - Project Activity Feed
Project-level Activity Feed is the list of activities that gets updated whenever you or another user performs an action related to a project. The Activity Feed includes updates about asset uploads, asset versioning, project and review status changes, new comments and replies, new project resources, and feed posts. You can access it via the Activity tab of a project. - Global Activity Feed
The Global Activity Feed displays all the activities that take place for all your ConceptShare projects. You can see how your projects are progressing, what assets have been uploaded, and how reviews are moving ahead. You can also post comments and control what information is displayed in the Global Activity Feed. - Feedback Summary (Project-Level)
You can generate a project-level Feedback Summary to view the details of all the reviews and assets that are associated with a project. - Project Info Tab
The Info tab displays project-specific information such as description, tags, status, project owner, start and due dates, as well as the phase group and phase, if applicable. - Project Archival
Project archival allows you to hide Projects and any related contents from view in ConceptShare while also allowing you to restore them at any time. It helps minimize visual clutter without losing data and prevents users from inadvertently making changes to inactive or completed Projects. - Project Settings: Email Digests
Email digests enable you to aggregate all the notifications on Assets or comments within your Project and send them to Project participants by email, on a timed basis. This helps reduce the number of emails sent to people on your Project.
