Element of Cost Charts and Tables

Use the charts and tables on the Element of Cost tab to assess the cumulative/current cost variance or schedule variance by period, broken down by element of cost.

Element of Cost Breakdown Chart
The Element of Cost Breakdown chart on the Element of Cost tab displays the cumulative/current cost variance or schedule variance by period, broken down by Element of Cost (EOC). This chart is similar to the Element of Cost chart on the Detail Analysis tab, but it does not display the total cost variance line and supports an unlimited number of EOCs.
Element of Cost Trending Chart
The Element of Cost Trending chart on the Element of Cost tab displays the progress of each element as well as the total cost or schedule variance over time. For example, the costs are increasing, decreasing, or holding steady.
EOC By Elements Over Time Table
The EOC by Elements Over Time table breaks down an element of cost by WBS and over time.
Total EOC By WBS Table
The Total EOC by WBS table allows you to break down dollars or hours with each element of cost. It displays the current EOC data.
