A cycle icon (
) or cycle button (
) in a table column or on a chart indicates that you have multiple sets of options to choose from.
Cycle Icons in Tables
If a table column has a cycle icon in the heading, do either of the following:
- Click the icon one or more times to cycle through the options for grouping data in that column.
- Right-click the icon, and select the option you want.
Cycle Buttons on Charts
If a chart contains a cycle button, do either of the following:
- Click the button one or more times to cycle through the options for charting the data.
- Right-click the button, and select the option you want.
