Basic Actions
While the information available on each of the analytics tabs in wInsight Analytics is unique, your options for interacting with the analytics for the most part involve a set of basic actions that are much the same from tab to tab.

wInsight Analytics tabs contain sets of standard components, although a given tab may not contain all of those components. - wInsight Analytics Toolbar
Use the options on the analytics toolbar to interact with the charts and tables. - Tab Shortcut Menu Options

The options on the menu vary depending on the type of object. Some filter lists also have a Menu icon () in the upper-right corner that you can click to display the shortcut menu. - Filter the Analytics
Each of the analytics tabs provides a set of options for filtering the data represented by the charts and tables on that tab. Use those filter options to isolate and focus on the information you want to analyze. - Work with Charts and Tables
You can interact with charts and tables in a variety of ways to enhance or change your view of the data. - Use Cycle Icons and Buttons
A cycle icon () or cycle button () in a table column or on a chart indicates that you have multiple sets of options to choose from. - View Current Selections
From any wInsight Analytics tab, you can view the current option and filter selections that determine the data displayed in the analytics. - Save a View of the Data
If you interact with the analytics to create a view of your data, and you want to be able to display that view in the future without specifying all of the filter values and other options again, add a bookmark for the view. - Print a Chart or Table
You can print a copy of individual charts and tables. - Email a Chart or Table
You can send, in email, either a link to an image of a chart or table, or the image itself. - Send Chart or Table Data to Microsoft® Excel®
You can send the data from a chart or table to Microsoft Excel. - Export Chart or Table Data to Comma Separated Values (CSV) Format
You can export the data from a chart or table to a .CSV file. - Attach Notes to Charts and Tables
If your firm enables the Notes feature, you can attach your own notes to charts, tables, or lists. You can also take a snapshot of the analytics and save it along with the note to provide context. Other users with access to the analytics can display those notes, use the snapshot to view the analytics as they appeared when the note was saved, and add their comments to the notes, including their own snapshot of the data. - Share Your Session with Others
If your firm enables the Session Collaboration feature, you can invite others to share your wInsight Analytics session for collaboration purposes. You and any of those sharing the session can interact with the analytics, and all others in the session immediately see the results of that interaction on their computer.
