Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Snapshots Chart

Use this chart to view snapshot progress and as an aid to determine whether or not the quality of submittals is improving over time.

Display the Snapshots Chart

To display the Snapshots Chart, navigate to the Projects hub and select the Snapshot tab. Click Show Chart on the Project Snapshots grid header.

Field Description
Chart Type Use this field to switch the chart type between Histogram (the default) and Line.
Chart The data is sorted by Window Close Date from oldest to newest. You can change the date format on the My Preferences dialog box General tab.

Each blue line represents a snapshot and the snapshot score displays at the top of each line. When you hover over a line, you can see the submitter, status, percent complete, score, and window close date.

Download Click to download the data as a PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG file.
Threshold Score Use this green horizontal line to identify which submittals fall under the Minimum Acceptance Score used in the acceptance criteria.
