Reset Your Touchstone Password

Use these steps to reset your Touchstone password.

Before continuing, confirm that the data source that is selected on the login screen is correct. This may be the reason that your password isn't working.

Note: If the data source uses Windows Authentication, you will need to contact your Administrator for login support.

To reset your Touchstone login password:

  1. On the Touchstone login screen, click Forgot your password or User ID.
    If you chose a data source that uses Windows Authentication, the Forgot your password or User ID hyperlink is not available and you will need to contact your Administrator for login assistance.
  2. On the Log In Assistance dialog box, enter your User ID and click Send.
    Touchstone sends you an email with either your User ID or a temporary password that you can use to login to Touchstone and reset your password.
