Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Benchmark Attributes Data Structure

View the benchmark attributes field information. The fields are listed in alphabetical order.

Benchmark attributes are manually entered values that you enter for each project submittal. They are qualitative measures of success for the project that are used in benchmark reporting. Use this view to edit existing benchmark attributes and to define new attributes.

Field Description
Attribute Name

This column displays the attribute name.

Attribute Options Click the link in this column to display the Edit Attribute dialog box where you can edit the selected attribute name, values, and/or scores.

Field Description
Option

This is the attribute option name that displays in the attribute drop-down list. Edit an existing option or enter a name if you are adding a new option. For example, you may list options as Very Low, Low, Acceptable, High, and Very High.

Value

Enter or edit a value for the attribute option. Touchstone adds up the values from the attribute options selected on the latest snapshot for each associated project and divides by the number of options in the attribute. The average option (the option closest to that value) displays in the Benchmark Attributes grid on the Programs Overview tab.
