Upload a Schedule for a Prior Period (Add Missing Snapshots)

When the Window Close Date has passed, the Status column changes to Missing and you can no longer upload a schedule by clicking the link in the Uploaded column. If you are the owner, owner-delegate, or a member of the SYSADMIN group, you can upload a schedule for a period that has already closed.

To upload a schedule for a prior period:

  1. In the Submittals hub view, hover over the project for which you want to upload a schedule and click the Upload Schedules for Prior Periods icon () that displays to the left of the project.
    Touchstone uses the Contract Start, current system date, and project configuration settings to calculate the prior periods that do not have snapshots (uploaded schedules) and displays them in a dialog box.
  2. In the dialog box, select the period for which you want to upload the schedule and click OK.
    • For a monthly reporting period, select the month end date.
    • For a bi-weekly reporting period, select the bi-weekly period ending date.
    • For a weekly reporting period, select the week ending date.
  3. In the File Open dialog box, select the schedule that you want to upload for the period you selected and click Open.
    Touchstone uploads the file for score processing. After the upload is complete and the processing starts, Touchstone displays the Project Snapshots tab for the project that is being updated so that you can see the newly added snapshot.
  4. If you don't see the new snapshot on the Snapshots tab, click Refresh () to refresh the grid.
    In addition to the snapshot that you uploaded, Touchstone also adds placeholders for any other missing snapshots. To upload a schedule for these missing snapshots, repeat the steps above.

Now you can add benchmark attributes to the snapshot that Touchstone can use in the average benchmark calculations that display on the Programs Overview tab.
