Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Automatically Map Code Fields to Projects

Use the steps to automatically map code fields to projects and specify whether you want to import code field values as descriptions or values.

This is useful if you want to map all of your code fields. If you have a lot of code fields but only need to map a few of them, you may want to manually map only those fields that you need using Field Mappings.

To automatically map code fields to projects:

  1. On the Navigation pane, click Settings > General.
  2. On the Platforms tab:
    • Select Automatically Map Code Fields to Projects.

      When you select this option and you import data, every code field in the imported data is automatically mapped to a Touchstone field.

    • Specify whether you want to import the code field values as values or descriptions.
