Automatically Map Code Fields to Projects |
When you select this option and you import data, every code field in the imported data is automatically mapped to a Touchstone field. This is useful if you want to map all of your code fields. If you have a lot of code fields but only need to map a few of them, you may want to manually map only those fields that you need using Field Mappings. |
Import Code Field Values As | Specify whether you want to import the code field values as values or descriptions. |
Terms | Use the
Accepted Submittal and
Rejected Submittal fields to define your own "accepted" and "rejected" terms. For example, you may want to use
Received no Comments or
Received with Comments instead of
Accepted and
Rejected.
These terms are used in the scoring email that Touchstone sends to submitters after a submittal, and in the Status column on the Snapshots tab and in the Submittals hub. You can enter up to 30 characters in each field. The two fields are required and must not contain the same word/phrase. In addition, they cannot contain special characters such as: " & ' * + , . ; < > = ? [ ] |. The default is Accepted and Rejected. Click Restore Defaults to change the fields back to their default setting. |
