Log In Assistance (Forgotten Password or User ID)

If you have forgotten your password or User iD, you can click the hyperlink on the Touchstone login page to reset the password or get your User ID emailed to you.

Before continuing, confirm that the data source that is selected on the Touchstone Login screen is correct. This may be the reason that your password isn't working. If it is correct and you still cannot login, click the Forgot your password or User ID hyperlink.

On the Log In Assistance dialog box, enter your User ID (for forgotten password) or email address (for forgotten User ID) and click Send. Touchstone sends you an email with either your User ID or a temporary password that you can use to log in to Touchstone and reset your password.

If you chose a data source that uses Windows Authentication, the Forgot your password or User ID hyperlink is not available and you will need to contact your Administrator for login assistance.
