Team Evaluation

Team Evaluation enables you to measure the performance of all aspects of your internal and external project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You can deploy several performance rating schemes for users to rate external entities against.

Usually, rating schemes are set up to measure the performance of external organizations against projects they are linked to, but you can also create schemes that measure the performance of individual contacts, enquiries, and projects.

Performance rating schemes are made available to project members via the Team Evaluation tab on associated record types. Each rating scheme comprises a set of predefined questions for users to answer against chosen entities.

When users rate entities, such as subcontractors, the results are pooled and the average performance score is displayed on the General tab on the respective entity record. Charting options allow you to visualize trends on how a project team is performing over time, and against other projects.
