Configure Organization Reporting
You can configure the logo images that display on reports that users generate against an internal organization. You can set individual report logos for each module type, including DLM, observation, and snagging/punch list reports. You can also set a general organization report logo, and this will be used in the absence of a logo for a particular module report type.
When a user generates a report against an organization, the system selects a logo based on the following precedence:
- The logo set for the particular module type for the organization. For example, if you select a logo for DLM reports, it will be used when users run DLM reports against the organization.
- The default entity logo set for the organization.
- The logo of the organization of the user that runs the report.
- The system logo set for the organization. This is set in the Admin Zone, under Reporting and BI.
- If a logo does not exist at any of the above levels, then a logo is not displayed.

You can select the logos that display on reports for internal organizations via the Report Settings tab on an organization record. The entity logo is the default logo that is used for all report types. Alternatively, you can select different report logos to use for individual modules, and these override the entity logo when reports are generated.
